The picture above was taken after my workout this morning. When I get up each morning (at 5:30) I ask…”why am I doing this?”, during the workout it’s “why in hell am I doing this?”. When our instructor has us running laps like crazy, “What the #?@&^#! am doing this for?”. I feel like it’s a waste sometimes, when my weight doesn’t change or I lose less than three pounds.
But, I must say my questions are answered when I work around the house and I don’t get winded, when I have more energy during the day, and especially when all my 36 waist belt and pants are falling off my backside.
That’s why I do it.
