Last week I didn’t workout due to being sick. So you can image how I feel after hitting the gym this morning. I think my body at this point is one huge cramped muscle.

Now to the good…or bad…stuff.

Weight  185lbs

Body Fat 21%

Water 52%

I lost three pounds, which wasn’t to bad considering the week off and eating from a restructured meal plan. I have yet to get my wind or stamina back like it was before. The weight is coming down but I don’t feel as good as I did before. Continued workouts should help that and I’m only 5 pounds away from goal!

Oh yeah, my trainer told me this morning that my water is the highest of anyone in her classes….even hers! Sweeeet!
