OK, I told you that I was going to keep you posted on my progress with my weight loss adventure. This morning was our weekly weigh in and I lost three more pounds. So that brings my total to 13 pounds in three weeks. Not bad, I guess. My instructor thinks that I could do better…she’s probably right….I guess????
My goal weight is to be around 175. At my heaviest point I believe I reached 215ish. That’s a lot on a 5’5 frame. I’m currently 194 (I started the program at 207).
One thing for certain…I do feel better :o)
