My first (or second time around first) weigh in was this morning. I must say, I don’t know what was wrong with my instructor! I guess she wanted us to work off what we might eat today :o)
Last week I was only able to do two workouts and I stuck to the meal plan…somewhat I guess. But bottom line: Lost 2 pounds, but my body fat was up and my water was down. So in theory I broke even. I should have lost at least 6 pounds during the first week.
I’ll just have to make this week a productive one for my body.
ps…my knees are still laughing at me and telling me they aren’t interested in anything close to a squat!
