Ingvar Feodor Kamprad, is the founder IKEA. As of 2010, he is the eleventh wealthiest person in the world, according to Forbes magazine, with an estimated net worth of around 23 billion. And my wife had been a big contributer to his billions.
Whether it has be chairs, beds, dressers, lights, batteries heck even power strips…OK I got those for myself but you get the picture…and that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Now I like their products but the instructions can be somewhat difficult at times. I mean they give you numbers for each piece but they are never on the items themselves. And the pictures don’t always match to say the least.
So when my wife came home for trip with a IKEA boxes in the car I flipped. “I have to put what together?” I was not looking forward to that project. Luckily for me, it was a dresser I had put together before so it wasn’t to bad. But yes I was fussing under my breath and not liking Mr. Kamprad. But hey the man is a billionaire and I’m putting together his funiture and my wife contiues to browse IKEA’s catalog. Oh and just so you know I banned IKEA in our house the last time she went on a “trip”. Well you see how that went 🙂
